Appointment of Saskia Lavoo as General Manager ACE Mobility
Saskia Lavoo has been appointed General Manager of ACE Mobility by the board of ACE Mobility. She succeeds Kees Slingerland, who built ACE Mobility into a leading Center of Expertise.
Saskia Lavoo has mainly focused on expanding and strengthening contacts with the automotive industry and developing programs that contribute to well-educated students for the automotive and mobility industry. As of January 1, 2023, she will lead ACE Mobility. In addition, she will be eminently involved in connecting education, industry and the research initiatives of the Universities of Applied Sciences even more strongly.
Over the past 5 years, ACE Mobility has developed strongly under the leadership of Kees Slingerland, who will retire on January 1, 2023. He leaves behind a Center of Expertise that, on the one hand, contributes to preparing students for the labor market and, on the other hand, a Center of Expertise that contributes to innovation by initiating and supporting programs in the field of smart and green mobility.
