Talent Innovation Pool

Goal of the Working Group:

The goal of the working group is to establish a sustainable foundation of a Talent Innovation Pool (TIP) for Automotive. A multidisciplinary learning community of companies/young professionals and students, supervised and facilitated by a university of applied sciences with the aim of developing and sharing knowledge and skills (also among themselves) to promote innovation/knowledge circulation. Attention is also paid to the innovative quality of internships and thesis assignments of students and the binding and engaging of current and future personnel on the subject of lifelong learning. To this end, the working group explicitly lays connections with other automotive initiatives, other regions and we learn from successes from other sectors.
